It may be compulsory to wear a face covering whilst playing golf due to the current Government guidelines in your area/region – please can you respect the current guidelines on this and keep everyone safe. If you are exempt from wearing a mask, please can you show the exemption card to a member of staff. If you are sitting having a drink you do not need to wear a mask Thank you for your cooperation. Symptoms – If you are showing any of the Covid-19 symptoms, as per the Government website, please do not come to our venues.

Booking Slots – We have introduced a new booking system. Booking in advance in not essential but may help your whole experience.

Social Distancing – We are following all the Government Guidelines to ensure our venues are safe for customers & staff. We have added signage to help – but please keep your distance & be kind. Crazy golf has a natural flow so social distancing can be maintained. There are also new one way walking paths to the bar/toilets.

Cleaning – We have changed our cleaning schedules to every 30 minutes on the course & in the seating/bar areas as well as the toilets, but should you notice something please mention it to a member of staff. The putters & clubs will be individually cleaned & disinfected after each use.

Mandatory Hand Sanitizer – Please also use the hand sanitizer at the front reception desk as soon as you enter the venue, thank you. Hand sanitizer will also be available throughout the courses.

Disposable Gloves & Masks – It is not compulsory to wear a face mask or gloves whilst playing but they will be available if you would like free of charge. Please just ask a member of staff.

Safety of Staff & Customers – You are all very important to us – we are all trying to work our way through this new ‘normal’ – our staff have the option of wearing a face visor or mask or both & will be washing their hands more regularly. Please support them whilst we all try to do our best, thank you.

Ordering a Drink/Food – The signage is up to help you through this – you can still order a drink & the staff will bring it to you. Table service is available now too.

Track & Trace – Please help us with this – we need to know your Name, telephone number & email address in case there is an outbreak. We want to keep everyone safe & help the NHS too
